Delivering quality service to members

Here at First Super, we walk the walk when it comes to delivering a quality service to members.

We have a team of Regional Coordinators across the country assisting our members and employers with their superannuation needs, and we also offer financial advice.

And we’ve got a dedicated Member Services Team just a phone call away. In the last year, they handled over 28,000 calls, and the average time a member waited was just 41 seconds.

Also in the last year, we paid out almost 90% of insurance claims, providing support to our members when they most need it.

We are proud to report we recently reached a milestone – we now have over 50,000 members and manage $4bn in people’s retirement savings.

The growth of the fund is good news, because this helps us continue to provide competitive fees and help members keep more super in their pocket.
