NEW PORTAL BENEFITS

Our new portal is more user friendly and provides more features and streamlined functions – all designed to make your job easier:

The Gen 2 portal is already being used by a large number of First Super employers around Australia, who are benefiting from more efficient digital processing of their super payments.

You can create your account for the new portal and start using it today!

Registration is easy:

Frequently asked questions

WHY IS THE CLEARING HOUSE PORTAL CHANGING?

Although the Gen 1 portal remains functional, the ATO’s data protocols have changed and files are now required in a different format that is no longer supported by Gen 1. As a result of these changes, all clearing house suppliers have been required to update their portals.

In addition, we want to make sure our employers have access to modern, smart technology that can better support your digital transaction needs, give you the best experience, and ensure your data is as secure as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE OLD PORTAL?

On 11 November 2020, the Gen 1 portal will be turned to ‘read only’ access. From this date, you will need to use the Gen 2 employer portal to make your employees’ super contributions.

You will still have read-only access to the old portal to view your historical contributions. However, you will not be able to make any new contributions, add new employees, or make changes after that date.
