    Our local Coordinators and Member Services Team take time to help our members. They can help explain super in simple terms, combine super accounts and help fill out paperwork.

    We offer death, Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) and income protection insurance at different prices for different occupations – all negotiated at lower group rates. And we paid out more than 96% of insurance claims last financial year.
  • Online account
    Members can check their super balance, contributions, transactions and insurance though their firstonline account. They can also update their non-binding nominations and contact details.
  • Mobile app makes super easy
    Members can access their firstonline account through our mobile app. They can check their current super balance and receive notifications when contributions are paid into their account.
  • Diverse investment options to suit different needs
    Our investment options are designed for choice and control. Members can choose investment options that suits their individual goals and risk profile. They can change investment options when their needs change.
  • KiwiSaver transfers for New Zealand members
    Members who’ve moved from New Zealand to Australia can bring their KiwiSaver across the ditch and save on fees and taxes.
