HOW FIRST SUPER CAN HELP
Our Redundancy Assist Program helps employers to support their employees who have been made redundant. We can help your employees to manage their super account while they start a new job, find new employment, or make plans to retire.
As part of the program, local Member and Employer Services Coordinators work in partnership with employers to provide staff with information, phone-based support, or face-to-face sessions on super questions they may have after being informed of job losses.
