Opt in for insurance

You don’t have to wait to be eligible for automatic insurance – you can opt in for this cover now. Or you can ask us to keep your cover going if you are not currently receiving contributions. Here’s how.

Use this form if:

• You are under age 25 and/or have an account balance below $6,000 and want to opt in for automatic insurance cover

OR

• You want to keep your insurance cover going even if your account balance does not receive a contribution or rollover for 16 or more continuous months.
