How we provide advice
First Super’s Financial Planner can provide advice to members in three different ways:
- Face to face meetings (if available in your area)
- Phone calls
- Video conferencing (easy to use technology for meetings anywhere with an internet connection).
These options mean you can have confidential discussions and obtain advice when and how it best suits you – before or after work, or during a lunch break.
The process starts with an initial ‘fact-finding’ meeting, which is generally conducted over the phone or video-conferencing.
Then at the follow-up meeting, the planner presents their advice based on your individual circumstances and the goals you discussed together.
