FREQUENCY OF PAYMENTS & ARREARS HANDLING
In your Application, you choose Monthly or Quarterly contributions payments. The Fund will anticipate the payment frequency will be adhered to. If you decide to change the frequency, please advise us in writing.
Your payment frequency forms the basis for handling arrears. If your payments are more than 3 weeks past the expected dates, a sequence of reminders will start that can ultimately lead to collection action. For the same reason, it is important to tell us if you are stopping payments altogether because no Members remain employed by you.
PAYMENT METHODS
The first step in making payments is to have had an Employer Application processed and therefore have your Employer Number. For all payment methods we need you to advise us of contribution data; either by paper contribution return, agreed electronic media or via firstonline.
Cheque payment
Cheque payments should be made out to:
First Super No.2 Account
and sent to FIRST SUPER
