The management and operation of FIRSTSUPER is ultimately the responsibility of a Trustee company, known as First Super Pty Ltd (ABN 42 053 498 472). The Trustee Company is responsible for ensuring that the Fund is managed in accordance with the Trust Deed and regulations set down under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act. The Trustee holds professional indemnity insurance.
There are 11 Directors on the FIRSTSUPER Trustee
Board; 10 Directors equally representing the sponsoring MEMBER and EMPLOYER organisations
and 1 INDEPENDENT Director. From time to time the Trustee
Board Directors may change. The current Directors will always be shown on this
site and will be published in the annual Members Report.
